White Cheeked Barbet - 3

Got another picture of this beautiful bird last day. See how the bird matches with its background. Unlike Mynas, Flycatchers or Drongos, these birds usually don't come down to the ground. So it is comparatively difficult to spot, as they spend more time between the green foliage.

White Cheeked Barbet (Megalaima viridis)

Exif: f/8.0, 1/160s, ISO 1600, focal length: 450mm.

They usually feed on fruits.
Family: Megalaimidae.
Species: Megalaima viridis.
